How to start?
You don’t need to do anything other than clicking the button below. I will send you a daily video workout according to the program schedule you chose. It's very simple as XYZ.))
My 90-day workout plan can be completed anytime, anywhere. Equally good for man and woman.
It`s simple & efficient. No equipment required.
How does the program work?

On the right day, I will email you a workout of the day’s video. Emails are better than Youtube reminders or notifications because email - means a TASK in your email box. Usually, you just skip notifications. Emails psychologically work differently! And yes, you will need an internet connection to view it. You will receive the next workout of the day only if you opened the last email. If you will skip the day or two my emails will be put on hold. But hey, you shouldn´t do that. Only if you sick or have absolutely no energy. Or if your doctor told you to do it.

Are you a doctor?

No, I’m not. That's why I strongly recommend that before starting this (or any other) fitness program, please consult your doctor to see if it is right for you.

What if I feel the pain or I'm sick?

Listen to what your body says. If you feel pain, sick or on the first day of the cycle, it´s OK to pause. Relax, take it easy. When you are ready, you can start the exercise again. The bottom line is: take care of yourself. You have to like what you´re doing.

What if I miss a day?

No worries! Continue the program from the same workout the next day. Until you will read the email 90-day workout plan will be paused. You can return at any time and end when needed. But hey, we´re building a new healthy lifestyle, remember. So try not to brake it too often.

What happens when the program ends?

You can start from the beginning or from any specific part of the 90-day workout plan. It´s up to you.
